The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G made its debut in India in January this year alongside the Redmi Note 13 5G and the Note 13 Pro 5G. Featuring full-HD+ AMOLED displays, these phones run on Android 13-based MIUI 14. The flagship Note 13 Pro+ 5G boasts a MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra SoC, a 5,000mAh battery with 120W charging support, and a 200-megapixel triple rear camera setup. Available in three color options and three RAM and storage configurations, it has now been announced that the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G World Champions Edition, also known as the AFA Edition, will be launched in India.
Xiaomi India recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce the forthcoming debut of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G World Champions Edition. Set to launch on April 30, the event is in collaboration with the Argentine Football Association (AFA). The announcement was complemented by a teaser image showcasing the silhouette of the phone’s rear panel.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G World Champions Edition debuts in a striking blue hue complemented by golden highlights encircling the camera and LED flash components, with the AFA logo adorning the top right corner. While further details regarding the model remain undisclosed, it is anticipated that the World Champions Edition will boast comparable specifications to the existing Note 13 Pro+ 5G variant.
In the meantime, a tipster by the name of Ishan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24) has unveiled leaked live images of the forthcoming Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G World Champions Edition. The device showcases a blue color scheme, featuring the logo positioned at the top right corner and vertical white stripes adorning the bottom half of the rear panel.
